Since ancient times, the image of the pagoda has become a sacred symbol in the hearts of Buddhists. It is a place where temple bells ring amidst a turbulent life, where the serene robes of monastics quietly walk the path of practice, where footsteps find refuge to anchor the mind, and where the light of the True Dharma illuminates generations. Every pagoda built and every meditation center preserved is the crystallization of the aspiration to serve the Triple Gem, the silent sacrifice of the monastics, and the precious support of Buddhists near and far.
At Tam Bao Pagoda in Da Nang, the single-story residential block—once the dwelling place for monastics, meditation practitioners, and Dharma students—has severely deteriorated over the years. Faced with this reality, the Abbot has constantly pondered how to create a spacious, safe, and solemn place of practice; so that monastics may practice in peace, meditators may dedicate themselves to meditation, Dharma learners may have a place to study the teachings, and future generations will still have a spiritual home to return to and take refuge in the Triple Gem.
From this aspiration, Tam Bao Pagoda earnestly appeals to the Venerable Monastics, esteemed Buddhists, generous benefactors, and kind souls to join hands in supporting the construction project of the Meditation Hall & Buddhist Study Center at Tam Bao Pagoda.
- Scale: 4-story solid structure building.
- Total floor area: Approximately 1,700 m².
- Estimated budget: 16 billion VND, including construction and completion.
- Location: On the site of the existing single-story building at Tam Bao Pagoda.
The project is expected to be implemented in phases: first, constructing the residential quarters to address urgent accommodation needs; next, completing the Meditation Hall and Buddhist Study Center, creating space for meditation, Dharma study, scriptural research, and training those who will continue the path of enlightenment opened by the World-Honored One.

A grand project cannot be accomplished solely through the aspiration of a single individual. Every brick, every stone, every day of labor, or each financial contribution offered with a pure mind is a precious contribution, weaving together the strength of Dharma fellowship and shared spiritual practice.
Each person may contribute only a small part, but when countless hearts turn toward the Triple Gem, what seems difficult can gradually become reality. Today, we join forces to build a spiritual home for practice; tomorrow, this place will witness mindful steps in meditation, solemn chanting sessions, Dharma classes, and generations continuing to preserve, practice, and transmit the True Dharma.
The Pagoda earnestly looks forward to receiving the supportive contributions of the Venerable Monastics, esteemed Buddhists, generous benefactors, and compatriots near and far. Every contribution, whether large or small, is deeply cherished when initiated from a kind heart and according to one's capacity. May all of us share the favorable conditions to contribute to a project of lasting significance for the Dharma and the community.
